operational program of Polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane

1.The base surface to pave and paste waterproof roll must be cleaned,and aprinkling water to ensure wet .

2.With PVA solution which containing 5% ~ 15% cement to prepare lean concrete grout binding material.

 Mixing must be uniform, without precipitation, without clots.No segregation phenomenon.

3.Before the construction of roofing waterproof , pitch point should be sealing treated and pasted becuse 

of drainage concentration and complicated structure.

4.Sealing material is polyether urethane,if choose other material,it should not contain mineral oil, vaseline,

 etc to aviod affecting the property of polyethylene.

5.All of the nook should lay additional layer.

6.Waterproof coil should adopt the Wall-to-wall method,cementing compound paintinshoule be balance、never show、no  pile up.  Waterproof coil should be immediately lay after the adhesive coating is completed, to prevent

 affect the quality of adhesive.

7.Paving waterproofing membrane shall not be wrinkled, not forced to stretch the coil.  Remove the air

 under the membrane and the excess adhesive to ensure that the membrane and the base layer and the layers

 to cement.

8.The overlap width of waterproofing membrane should not less than 100mm.

9.Joints of up and down two layers and adjacent two coils should be staggered one-third of the width.
