Equipment introduction

Production process description

1.Using special extruder, special screw, enhanced plasticizing capacity, increase production.Using the whole machine to move, easy to adjust.

2.Three-layer composite dedicated screw head, not only the production of greenhouse film, but also the production of geomembrane.

3.Using hydraulic non-stop fast network device, fast and convenient.

4.Using foreign advanced technology, the introduction of IBC internal cooling control system and double air duct; Easy to control the cooling air volume, improve the cooling effect.

5.Traction using variable frequency motor control, with pneumatic clamping mechanism, the traction and coiler can be synchronized control.

6.The coiler adopts the center plus friction coiling method.
